Great hotel. Beautiful HUGE room. No bed bugs! Wanted a microwave,no problem. In 5 minutes I had a microwave. Air was not working correctly, I called the front desk and in 5 minutes it was fixed. Great continental breakfast. Great location. Close to Times Square and Central Park. Will stay there again!

Was in NY this past weekend for Gran Fondo bike ride and this hotel was one of the recommended places to stay. Great location and really good staff. The rooms were HUGE and everything was nice and clean. They could improve the breakfast that comes with the room. Would definitely stay here again.
