Unfortunately the Radisson Lexington is a lovely old building in desperate need of a refit and refresh. The lifts are fast but tired looking as are all the carpets and walkways. It is good (relatively) value but you could probably do better and will no doubt wish you'd stayed at the nearby W hotel or the Hilton. We breakfasted downstairs... More

Spouse is Club Carlson member and we are planning Scandinavian vacation. Hence, took advantage of point bonus for booking a stay at any Radisson. As we live 35 miles from New York City, we looked upon this stay as a way to enjoy an evening in 'the city' without having to take late train home. Spouse paid extra for room... More

The rooms are adequate, and clean, if a little dated. Bed was not uncomfortable and the room was smaller than some of the similar priced hotels (eg Carlton and Hilton). Bathroom clean, if small, and did have a bathtub. No coffee facilities in the room which is surprising given the star rating and price. Wifi is $15 per day for... More

The location wasn't bad, however I would have sacrificed location for the quality. I travel frequently, Las Vegas, Los Angeles even Maui and many other major cities. Never have I been so Horrified with a room. The bed was not only so worn out that we actually had to put pillows under our feet to 'even' ourselves out but the... More

Booked an overnight in December for a Christmas present. 3 adults in a cramped room. Not very clean (and did not look as well presented as in the pictures). Needed a blanket for use on the pull out sofa (do not pull out - terrible!) - received a thin, flat, foam blanket sheet with holes in it. Kept requesting service... More

The hotel's lobby looks nice, but it is not relaxing. There are many restaurants and bars downstairs, and it is pretty loud and busy. I stayed in a small room with a full sized bed, and paid over $300. The room is old looking, with chipping paint. There is no coffee maker in the room, and you have to pay... More

We had a petite room, but was upgraded by an extremely sweet manager named Lauren. We had two double beds. Room was good and clean, but the bathroom smelled cause there was no ventilation for the steam and heat to go so you had that wet smell. Other than that the location was close to subway stations that we took... More

My friend and I booked a room here for two nights while attending the Manhattan Cocktail Classic in Midtown. We were a bit leery at first because the price was so inexpensive for New York City, but we gave it a shot - definitely a good choice. We booked a room with two twin beds - the room faced 48th... Agree with some of the other reviews here - good location for midtown, excellent check in staff but decor of the rooms is dated. I arrived around 1pm however the queen room I'd booked wasn't ready .. I needed to check-in straight away as I had to head off to a meeting so was offered a twin single room instead.... More
