We were first time visitors in new York and right from the booking and till we left the hotel we were very well comforted by the staff ! The hotel was very well located and was very close to all the action , would definitely go back again

Agree with some of the other reviews here - good location for midtown, excellent check in staff but decor of the rooms is dated. I arrived around 1pm however the queen room I'd booked wasn't ready ..
