Quick check in, helpful and polite staff, concierge very helpful. Room small but what we Expected for New York. Restaurant expensive didn't eat there but plenty of other places within 5mins. Good location and Madison Park just down the block.

This hotel is set in a great location, easy access to subway and loads of great areas to walk to. The staff were fantastic recommending great local restaurants and the rooms were very comfortable. Quite pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. Would thoroughly recommend.
