Beautiful hotel with amazing guest services! Alexandria and Hoda were incredible. Thanks to both for making our stay so wonderful. We were there to get married and Alexandria made sure that we enjoyed every minute of our stay, Hoda was a great help in finding late night spots to go.

This Westin is conveniently located near Grand Central Station and several subway lines, making getting anywhere quite easy. The hotel renovation is superb and seems complete from roof to basement. This was booked directly by my office in NY. As it was only a short stay and location was good decided not to shop around. Nothing really wrong with this place but having stayed at Westin hotels before my expectations were higher. Service on check-in was close to rude and rooms were functional but certainly not luxury. Absolutely great hotel and the beds were made of clouds or at least they felt it. Checking in and out was easy and quick. Great location. Would defo recommend. Very clean. Staff seemed great and had a great view of the empire state building.

Overall amazing stay! From the size of the room, to the food and amenities; the staff and location of hotel - We have no complaints! First rate all the way! We will definately stay here again while in the city! Great value as well.

This was a last minute fly-by-the -seat of my pants trip to New York and the Westin Grand Central did not disappoint!! I specifically chose the location so I would be close to the subway and not in noisy Times Square. Fantastic staff and clean/comfortable/quiet room with a view ensured a great stay! We had read the reviews which have ranged from good to mediocre...amittedly many of the worst reviews were just after the conversion to Westin. We booked using points. I am a lifetime Gold SPG. Our room was on the 36th floor and out the window the Empire State Building was framed by two office buildings...very pretty. Check in was fast... More
