From the time i walked into the hotel, the staff was the most friendly, professional and accommodating group i have seen in a long time. the room was spacious and clean and the location was great. For the value you get the most bang for the buck.

For a NY hotel the rooms have a good size, we were up at the 16th floor so no noise of traffic, great big breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, cinnamon roles, eggs also., don't forget your breakfast voucher, you have to pay otherwise as they are really inflexible. As a frequent traveler with Radisson in Europe I was disappointed by the bad quality of the provided service. Staff at the front desk little motivated and did not make me feel as a guest. Rooms were ok, cleanlyness only sufficient. Restaurant staff was friendly and food very good. Top location for tourists.
