Very nice hotel. Room are big. Many amenities. Pet friendly. Must call ahead and let them know that you have a pet. They only have a couple of pet friendly rooms! Very nice people working there. Many restaurants around the area. Will stay there again.

We ended up not staying there again because when I looked at my confirmation I discovered even though I had asked for a non-smoking room - I was given a smoking room. NOT HAPPY at all!!! Dusy all over the room Room needed to be vaccum again. Tub and shower curtins were filithy. Would not recommand to stay here again.

“the most unsanitary hotel we have ever stayed in.”

air conditioner is located in the barthroom wall. walls and furniture are encrosted with dust and dirt. motel too far away from central Sarasota. Price is too high for such a dump. room heavely drenched in deodorizer to hide the smell of smoke and a non smoking room.
