The employees are very nice. To make reservations ask for Scott he is very nice. The server at The Cabana by the pool , her name is Kim very nice young lady. The cleaning staff they are all great. I would recommend Best western plus lehigh valley hotel & conference center in Bethlehem Pa for family stay or couples.
We did not have very high expectations for this hotel based on some of the reviews we had read. To our surprise we had a very enjoyable stay. Even though this is an older property the lobby and common areas were very attactive. The rooms were older but our room had been recently updated with new mattresses and bathroom facilities....

The hotel is old and worn, somewhat clean(had to touch light switches with a towel). I would've given it a higher review however its ranked as a 3 star because of the amenities, but needs a lot of work and updating. Free breakfast was a plus.

Room was nice and clean. Great continental breakfast was a plus. Close to shopping and easy access from Route 22. Staff was very nice and check in was a breeze!

We went for a 4 day dog show and every request we made was honored from their helpful staff. Altho the hotel is easy to find, being from out of state, every other place was not, so we were blessed with the friendly, helpful people. Great room with wonderful beds and awsome shower.
