I had one of the best experience ever at the Four Seasons Spa in Philadelphia. I received the ultra facial treatment that consist of having a mild scrub cleansing, deep tissue massage with a blue light laser muscle tighting device, and a penetrating moisturizer that will have your skin feeling like a new born baby bottom. The treatment area was... More

as a 4 seasons property, this hotel has to be held to a higher standard. the good: spacious rooms, good, central location, depending on where in Philly you need to be. the bad: we requested suite on low numbered side of hotel, yet were given suite on back side, depressingly decorated with no view. upon complaining to front desk, we were... They advertise that all executive suites have french doors between the bedroom and the sitting area, and I booked an executive suite for this reason. Four Season Philadelphia proceeded to make sure I had to work and spend time making demands to receive what I was entitled to. They did not give me a new room because all the suites... More

When you think of top-of-the-line hotels I usually think of the Ritz and Four Seasons among others. Perhaps I am wrong but this hotel was very nice- on par with the nicest Hilton or Westin for the most part. The rooms were nothing special however and the hall ways felt like I was in the Shining right down to the... More

Best part was the bar. I ate oysters and and a phili cheesesteak with champagne and a rusty nail. EXCELLENT. Fun, interesting people, friendly, really cool. Room was a fortune at $450. Problem is that it seemed everyone was having an issue. They put me in a smoking room at first. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Then, moved me and all was good.... More

The rooms were extremely spacious and I only had the standard King room. However, I did have a small balcony overlooking Logan Square, which was quite nice. The room was extremely clean, which I very much appreciated. The staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but the bar has a very nice wine selection if you... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Four Seasons in a Fountain View Room. Unlike others who posted we did not feel that the room needed updating in any way, nor was there any odor in the hallway or the room. The view from these rooms is like a picture postcard. We had one breakfast and one dinner... More

I stayed at the Four Seasons in Pholadelphia for a weekend of sightseeing with my family. We sought a nice place to stay and were pleased with the offerings of the hotel. The pool and fitness facilities are very nice. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. We did encounter some problems, however. When we checked in, the floor we... More

Spectacular location...walk to phila art museums and city center. Rooms elegant and classic, marble, antique type furniture, great beds, flat screens.... wonderful fountain restaurant, bar and friendly staff. This hotel or the ritz are similar and both have top service, would stay at either when in center city. Four seasons is great and would give it a top rating...

Don't get me wrong the hotel was nice, just a little outdated and not as spectacular as I would have expected. The staff was helpful and the food was excellent at the Swann Restaurant, definitely order the Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls.
