People are nice and the property was the least expensive for similar star rating in historic Philadelphia. The location is a strong plus. The property is dated however, no fan in the rest room and they had to shut the water off for 6 hours one night for repairs.

Here on business and so happy I found a giant roach in my bathroom after a days travel. Literally horrified to find it crawling on my makeup bag on the bathroom counter. I stayed for 3 nights, and the first two days were great. Housekeeping was perfect. The last day I was there, housekeeping left a lot to be desired. I think all they did was make the bed and leave a towel.
