We had a last minute trip to Philly due to a family emergency and the hotel was extremely accomodating. They worked with us on the rate, and were extremely helpful from getting cabs, assisting in navigating the city, etc. We will be back again this weekend and look forward to another nice stay.

There is a lot of good and a couple huge surprises I found here. There are pre-printed duvet covers are stuck on each bed, letting us know this. This hotel was great! Very comfortable room is on the smaller side, which seems somewhat expected for a downtown urban hotel - 2 double beds rather than queens. Neighborhood is slightly sketchy. I have stayed in Hampton Inns from Florida to New York, this was one of the better kept facilities. Parking location is inexpensive for convention center location. Hotel staff was very responsive at check in, lobby well appointed, and rooms very quiet. Rooms are large and excellent wi-fi plus large bathroom. The property is in fair condition, generally clean and kept up, but the staff experience was unpleasant at reception and the concierge (bell station). My family stayed here to attend the NCAA Mens Lacrosse finals. Great hotel and staff. conveniently located to public transit, historical sites, Chinatown, Market etc. Breakfast staff was phenomenal considering they had hungry lacrosse families and a wedding. Great value considering this is right in the heart of the city.
