I am staying at this hotel right now and it is terrible - filthy and tired. Lipstick on my mug in my kitchen, hair in my sheets, crumbs on the couch. I am Marriott Platinum and this place is way sub par even for a Residence Inn

I come to Philadelphia quite frequently for work and I wouldn't stay ANYWHERE else. (I once had to b/c of a last minute trip and it only confirmed my suspicions--that this is the BEST hotel in Philly.) The staff are unfailingly helpful and friendly without being overbearing. There is always a "Good Morning!" to be found from the staff in... More

Perfect base for 4 nights in Philadelphia. The kitchenette/ dining and lounge area were great to relax in and regroup after busy days sightseeing and getting ready for a night out. Breakfast was perfect although the use of plastic cutlery and plates on the weekend wasn't very green. Great experience.

I have been spending a lot of time in Philadelphia for my job, so the Residence Inn Philadelphia Center City is one of a few hotels that I have been using. I stayed here only once, and that is because the room rates tend to be a little higher than its next-door neighbor, Courtyard Marriott, or the Loews and Sheraton... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2012 and found it to be a great location. The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a 2bed suite which was just perfect for our family. The regular 1 bed suite is kind of small but the 2bed suite was wonderful.

My 2 sisters and I spent 3 nights at the Residence Inn celebrating together one of our decade birthdays. We stayed in a suite: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, and kitchen for under $250 per night with the AAA discount. The room comes with a full buffet breakfast on the second floor. (It was only fair.) The rooms and... More

We were so pleased with our accommodations here. Our suite had two separate bedrooms and a fold out sofa in the living room area. We couldn't have asked for a better set up for ourselves and two teenagers. The sofa bed was not of the best quality, but they made do. The bathroom and sink areas were a little cramped,... More

We stayed at this property in April 2012 for 4 days. LOVED IT! The staff recommended a great spot on the edge of chinatown for dinner, gave us super tips on getting around, etc. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. And the location!!! WOW! Walk one direction to the liberty bell, independence hall, and those attractions, the other direction... More

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. rooms were kinda small and dated but clean. Small older flat screen tv in living room but old crt tv in bedroom. TV channels were not labeled correctly on TV. Also, cold water was SCOLDING hot for 10 mins after turning on faucets. and water pressure was terrible in shower and... More

Despite the best efforts by the staff the hotel cannot overcome its age utter disrespect for the environment. Our room (one bed room suite) was furnished with the oldest furniture, the tv must have been picked up at a curb side and the bed sank in the middle , the air-conditioner fan is loud as diesel engine. . We left... More
