We stayed here for 8 nights right after Christmas. We had taken the red-eye from San Diego and arrived at the hotel at 7:00am. My family and I stayed at the AKA for over 10 months as our house was being repaired. Everything about the AKA is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel is perfectly located in a great part of Center City. We highly recommend for a short or long term stay.

Rooms are nice and large. Very thin walls on a busy street. Lobby could be kept cleaner and there are signs of wear in the carpets. However the rooms are very nIce. Great area of Philly as well.

A great place to stay -does not look much when entering -and the disco lighting in the lift is different - but what a surprise inside.
