Their renovations are almost complete, the restaurant is open (although I didn't eat there on this trip). The room are comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great location just off Rittenhouse Square.

Good location, rooms are okay, staff is okay - but the room (and bothroom!) were not clean: hair from the previous (?!) guest in the shower, dust in the drawers etc. It could have beeb a nice stay there, but with this level of poor housekeeping it was not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel.
