Cheap hotel double booking rooms. Someone trying to get into our room at 12:38 in the morning . Thank god I had put the little slid thing across before going to sleep. Because they gave our room yo someone else that checked in after midnight. Then had the night manager call me @ 12:45 asking who I was and how... More

Much like the Microtel in Houston, this is a standard no frills room. Its close to the airport, and after a phone call I got a shuttle ride to the hotel in the early am. The bed was ok. It was late and I was tired, so I did not mind the a/c so close to the bed. In the... More

Checking-In PROS: The front desk clerk was nice and friendly. My room was ready on time. CONS: A bit of a line and other staff could have helped her to make the line go down. Lobby: PROS: A lot of seating space with separate area for tea/coffee, food, microwave, etc. CONS: ATM is broke Room PROS: So quiet...loved it!!! CONS:... More

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. We used the park and fly package. The shuttle drivers were very pleasant and curteous. This place is a great value and we will definitely stay here the next time we fly.

This was my first trip to fly and out of a big city by myself. Microtel Philly took care of all of my needs. I stayed there the night before my flight to Phoenix. I woke up in a clean hotel room and was fed a light breakfast, shuttled to the airport and taken to the appropriate terminal. I also... More

The hotel was cheesy so to speak. Not very clean and the breakfast was not very good.

Stayed at this hotel for one night, before driving through Pennsylvania the next day. The free shuttle bus picked us up from the airport, and our only possible complaint was about the bus. The seats seemed to be ripped up, and covered up with duct tape. When we arrived, the staff on the front desk were helpful, and quickly checked... More

While writing this review, I realize there are thousands of people in this world who would just be happy to sleep with a roof over their heads... But as far as the hotel industry goes, this place is an epic failure. This hotel is filthy. From the airport van (with ripped up seats), to the lobby (with loads of shady... More

Stayed at this hotel only for one night and because of the convenience to the airport. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The airport is less than 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable. They make good use of space, near the window they put a cushion in case someone wants to sleep... More

I stayed here for one night on business. The sheets had layers of hair. The front desk asked me "what I wanted them to do about it!" and when I asked for new sheets, they got huffy and said I'd have to come to the front desk to get them. So I had to get dressed at 10pm, get my... More
