Overall fine. Rooms dated but big. Close to airport. Service good. Generic.

Guessing you are not going to stay here for the view, but how can you beat the location if your goal is to catch an early flight or avoid the downtown traffic. Our only issue was the entrance to the hotel was a bit difficult to navigate the first time after dark. Once you see the entrance in daylight it... More

We stay in Philadelphia the night before we fly out to any Carribean vacation. Park and Fly package allows us to rest the day before, get a good night sleep with a wake up call, and they keep our car safe for the week we are away. All this for a better price than leaving your car parked at the... More

My husband and I say here every year for the last 4 years, I dont understand what people are complaing about!!! Every year we take a caribbean vacay and stay here the night before our early morning flight. The staff at the hotel are more than friendly and do everything they can to start your vacay off right! Very very old and outdated, but clean. Well clean enough I guess... I found lots of dust around the mirrors and desk. It was kind of noticeable so I'm sure Housekeeping saw that. Not too far from downtown Philly.. about 20 mins on a Saturday night. I only stayed here because I had a free nights stay with the Marriott... More

My stay was two nights, wish I would have stayed someplace else..When I first walked in I felt like I was disturbing, the staff from doing nothing. It took over 15 minutes to get signed in while I was waiting to sign in a bell man walked in asking(like I was doing something wrong), "whose SVU is out front".. OK... More

The lobby for the Phil airport Renaissance was not as impressive as I expected for a Marriot Renaissance but it was clean and seemed to be well run. The rooms were very comfortable and well laid out. The bed was excellent. I ate dinner two nights at the hotel and the food was very good. One of the reasons a... More

I was out for a few hours and left my cell phone in the room only to come back to find the phone holder/belt clip missing and my phone locked down due to the maximum number of incorrect passwords entered! The door was closed and the only people that were in the room was the housekeeping staff. The hotel offered... More

We stayed two times at this hotel during the month of March. The front desk staff is excellent (especially Patrick), we received free upgrades both stays just for being friendly! Cons: The concierge lounge is not worth it- there is free water and soda, but bar drinks are priced the same as they are at the hotel bar. There was... More

I have stayed in this hotel several times, with varying degrees of happiness. Having booked a flight at the crack of civilization, I decided to stay here for the evening prior rather than drive to the airport at 3 AM. My room was ready early-around noon and it was exactly as requested-airport view, and on the Concierge level as I... More
