We had the pleasure of staying here last weekend and it was a fantastic experience! We arrived at 11pm in a torrential rain storm! We were greeted at the door and had our car taken and parked, our luggage brought in and were checked-in in a matter of minutes - without getting wet!!! Room was beautiful and clean with lovely... Amazing hotel! The lobby is magnificent! We stayed her for 11days and the service was amazing. All staff were friendly and attentive to all our needs and requests ! The hotel is in an excellent position to Rittenhouse square and some amazing restaurants.

The property's rooms are newly remodeled, which made the experience all the more disappointing. The good: The rooms are just redone, are large and nicely appointed with flat screen TVs, modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. The common areas are also remodeled in a warm, modern style. The bad: The room door did not close automatically, which could be a real... More

I almost hate to write this because The secret will be out but I gotta let ya all know this hotel has really changed. Great value!!! They have revamped the rooms and hallways and it looks great. The rooms are modernized. They really did a wonderful job. The bed is so comfie, they got rid of those FING sleep number... More

Spent Memorial weekend at the Radisson which was instantly recognizable by the scaffolding still in place on the outside. This was honestly the only construction we saw (arrived Friday, left Monday) but that was probably because it was the weekend. Our room on the 9th floor was clean and well-appointed with a completely useless alcove that harbored a love seat.... More

This hotel was in a great location. Easy to walk to all of the areas I wanted to see. The staff was fantastic, especially Hazel at the front desk. She was very friendly, and showed me some great ideas for seeing the best of the city. The room was good sized with a very comfortable bed.

the breakfast buffet was excellent, much better than usual offerings at US hotels. New post renovation beds were very comfortable. Excellent black out curtains. Other in-room improvements only average to good -- things like bathroom fixtures and lighting. Remaining negative was that the walls remain on the THIN side -- not a problem during the week -- but watch out... More

This is my 2nd stay at the Radisson Plaza (soon to become a Radisson Blu later this year). When I stayed here in Feb, the hotel had just begun its renovation. At the time, only the exterior seemed to be going under renovation; during my Feb visit, I was booked in an un-renovated room on an un-renovated floor. I gave... More

We stayed at this hotel the night of May14th and checked out on the 15th. Me and my new wife were on a honeymoon were we visited a few cities and stayed at multiple hotels & I have to say that our 1 night in Philadelphia was probably the best hotel experience on the trip...everyone here was very courteous from... Wow! The hotel recently has gone through remodeling a few floors at a time. What they have done were nothing but transformed the hotel! Great decor, lighting and colors (hallway and in the room). The water-hammering, especially whehn someone next door flushes the toilet or taking a shower, is still an issue.
