I recently stayed here for a convention and was very happy with the hotel. First off the location is amazing! There are so many amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. My room was well laid an spacious with a king size sleep number bed. Don't pay attention to the reviews about these beds as if you have common sense... More

This hotel is tired. Though the staff was friendly but the hotel has seen it's better days and is in need of a major overhaul. The lighting was so bad you couldn't read anything unless you were directly under one of the 3 lamps, which was the only lighting. Should be enough you think? it was yellow and dim. There... More

Enjoyed my two night stay here in March over St. Patrick's Day Weekend (and I don't think I'll be returning to Philly for the same holiday because loud college students aren't really my crowd). The rooms are modern, beautiful and great, though my standard room was lacking in views. (We faced the wall of another building.) The fitness rooms had... More

Stayed here for the first time in years because the price was much better than the Rittenhouse. It's a legendary Philly hotel and the location is primeo. Unfortunately, someone forgot to tell the front desk they work for a prestigous hotel. Upon checking in the front desk clerk acknowledged my profile requested that I be away from the elevators, vending... More

We just stayed three nights at this hotel. Outside of its super location, we found little to recommend it. Both of the beds in our room sank toward the middle and when I sat at the end of one of them, the other end reared up. The curtains didn't close and the only way to ensure privacy was to pull... I have stayed elsewhere on previous trips to Philadelphia, but I was attracted by the great value and was not disappointed. I stayed on the club floor, with a king-sized sleep number bed, robe and slippers, free internet, a large desk and excellent lighting (although that bedside lamp buzzed something awful!). The room was well maintained and clean, with comfortable... More

We had a two-night stay that included a good buffet breakfast, and our stay was very pleasant. You're right in the middle of restaurants and shops, near the beautiful Rittenhouse Square, and the hotel has an elegance associated with tradition and comfort. Indeed, it was quite comfortable, though our remote controlling the firmness of the mattress didn't work, and the... More

I just arrived home from my two night stay. The only reason I give the hotel a two star rating is because all of the staff I encountered were very nice. This is the highest star rated hotel I have stayed at, but by no means the best. Just when I was laying down to sleep on the first night... More

This was paid for by work, but it had a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast buffet. Seemed like a solid basic hotel. I was worried by some of the other reviews on here, but I found my room fine and I'm glad the sheets were a duvet and not a nasty comforter.

This hotel was beautiful! The rooms have super comfortable down comforters, pillows, and a Sleep Number bed! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff members were very friendly and accomodating. The location is also excellent! There were many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.
