Good location - especially if you have doctor appointments at Mayo Clinic which is about 10 minutes away. The staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff is VERY helpful. The rooms are clean. The work space is sufficient. All the rooms are suites and very economical.

As noted by other reviewers the design of the suites seems a bit dated. As you entered our suite, the desk and wet bar/fridge area was to the right and a chair and sleeper sofa on the left. This was a good Marriott. We would definitely stay again. Pros: Great location. Walk to restaurants (Fridays and Jason's Deli - free ice cream!) and there is a very nice, extensive shopping area across the street. We stayed one night on a recent vacation trip and felt we got very good value for the rate we paid. The breakfast included prepared oatmeal, sausage, and scrambled eggs along with the usual items. The room was very clean and quiet. Their customer service was outstanding.
