The employees are absolutely wonderful. They treat you as if you were there every day and are very personable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is not often that I feel comfortable walking around barefoot in a hotel, but this one I have no problems with doing that. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Jacksonville.

Everything was perfect. Was amazed at their satisfaction guaranteed policy. Didn't need it but it was nice to know about it. The only thing missing was a complimentary continental breakfast, but we got an excellent price on an internet special.

The state track meet was held that weekend in Jacksonville. At least one team was staying at the hotel. The staff was excellent with the team and still attended to our wants with efficient courtesy. Congratulations for handling a tough assignment.
