When we arrived (after check in time), our room wasn't quite ready. We were upgraded to the luxury suite master guest room (we booked a standard king guest room) and 2 complementary breakfast tickets for the next day. Great service, would def recommend. Catching the ferry was convenient as well, just behind the hotel!!
