meet my expectations will be back ,I was in others hamptons in NC and now in Fla and they are preety good for the price compare to competition ,always looking to serve you better , locations all around the mayor cities .

Safe, conveniently located but not up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. Housekeeping was lacking -- perhaps due to the renovations that are underway. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was up to standard.

I never go wrong when staying at a Hampton Inn; this one was just as pleasing. The staff were wonderful and the location was really convenient to the relatives I was visiting. Next time I go to Jacksonville I will definitely stay here! The rooms were nice, quiet and clean. It was a relaxing stay.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is very helpful. There was a little renovation going on while we were There, but I never heard any noise. The staff was very helpful. I love staying at Hampton Inns because I am never disappointed.

Hotel was generally clean. We chose this for the low points needed for booking. Free breakfast was good, not great, but free is a plus. Room was a decent and comfortable, not dirty. Was only there for 8 hours. Would recommend for a good value.

Extremely pleased with front desk staff. They accommodated my early arrival and had a room ready for me hours before the normal check-in time. We visit Jacksonville once a month and stay 2 nights for business. We found this hotel to be the best value in the area. The location on Butler Blvd. is safe and the accommodations are great. Linens were fresh and clean,(we checked and smelled them) bathroom was large. Breakfast was tremendous, they even had omlets!
