This Hyatt offers extremely comfortable, clean as can be rooms. Our room had a view of the Inner Harbor as a bonus. The location is convenient to the harbor, downtown and just about anyplace in Baltimore. The hotel staff is very on point about hailing cabs, helping with luggage, giving suggestions.

This is a 4 star hotel and it shows. The beautiful lobby, stunning views from the elevator, and personal service. We were even able to check-in early. The bed was very comfortable with feather pillows. Everything was VERY clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
