Very clean, almost too fresh smelling. Staff was great; took til 5 pm one day for someone to clean our room, but other than that snafu was great! Not in the heart of savannah...not really a walking area, but great if you have a car. Convenient to grocery store, mall, and lots if other stores. Quick trip to the historic... More

This hotel is fairly new and was very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable and service was great. Location is not in downtown but not a far drive which makes it a good value as downtown hotels can be pricey. Breakfast was standard for a Hampton. On the busier weekend days they seemed somewhat unprepared for the crowd but overall... More

We spent a couple of nights here. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We had a nice room on the top floor across from the elevators which we didn't think would be a problem. It was! The entire night you could hear the elevators going up and down and they also continually play music in the waiting... More

We liked the hotel and staff and the rooms. Unfortunately, my sister's room was badly infested with bed bugs. She came back to my (large) apartment for a few days afterwards, and I now face the most unbearable process of ridding my home of bedbugs. Thank you Hampton Inn!

Janelex, Thank you for staying with us while visiting Savannah. We have never had this type of issue occur at the hotel and I am confident in saying that your room did not have bed bugs. We take great pride in being an extremely clean comfortable property and our ranking here reflects that. Once I saw your posting I immediately... More

We stayed at this hotel, along with 10 others, during April 2012 as part of a 17 day road trip across GA, NC, SC. By giving the star rating I am not saying the hotel is a 5 star but whether it was clean and value for the money and to an extent we have compared then to the other... More

Stayed here overnight to avoid parking fees and higher hotel prices downtown savannah Not a beautiful location, surrounded by businesses, stores and shopping malls. Newer building. Only one on our trip to acknowledge my Hilton Honors status. Wonderful front desk staff with great driving directions and excellent suggestions for dinner. Left my sweatshirt in room and it was promptly mailed... More

We spent 4 nights here visiting family and can recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Savannah. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the room darkening shades were very much appreciated. One little quirk, there was only one *small* towel rack in the bathroom, and it is over the toilet so a bath towel would be too long... More

This is a very nice hotel, and as I mentioned in the title it is away from the historic district...which is absolutely fine if you are a business traveler or are visiting someone from the Army base just behind the hotel. I personally liked staying here A)Because it was slightly cheaper than staying right in the historic district, and B)... More

Great location, super comfortable bed, large bathroom, desk, sofa, wet bar. Couldn't get much better. Quiet location about 4 miles from downtown historic district...and easy drive. Across the street from Bonefish Grille. Respectable buffet breakfast. Wonderful staff. Great rate, too. Free, secure parking. What more could you ask for ?
