We stayed for three nights at The Marshall House in May in a King Veranda Room. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the evening. The hotel staff went out of their way to be friendly and make sure all of our needs were met and that we were comfortable. The breakfast... More

We had a wonderful time at the Marshall House. We booked a room with access to the veranda and we sat and rocked in the rocking chairs every time we had a chance~~ morning while sipping coffee and evening while sipping wine. Within walking distance to all the wonderful sights historic Savannah has to offer, we completely enjoyed this hotel.

We spent three mid-week nights at The Marshall House in May. For a historic hotel we were pleased with the size of the room. Our deluxe king room was quite comfortable for the two of us. We appreciated the fact that there were two chairs and two suitcase racks. Breakfast was good, there was a protein selection (quiche) and the... More

Savannah is known to be one of the most haunted cities in the country. If you don't mind getting some scares as you drift off to sleep, the Marshall House would be great for you. I was looking forward to spending my night in Savannah in one of the most haunted hotels. However, I hardly slept a wink because there... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in a superior king room. Bed was very comfy and breakfast good though the coffee wasn't great. Neil the concierge is a little treasure, recommending places to eat and booking our trolley tour for us. I have to say that I was worried about the ghostly activity mentioned in some previous reports, I'm a scaredy... More

This is a wonderful historic inn in Savannah, and I have staid in several. The location cant be beat, and my daughter was thrilled to find out it was noted on the haunted tour (she likes ghosts!) The breakfast service is definitely better than most, and the wine reception is a nice way to start the evening. Good for families... More

Booked 2 rooms through their website using the 15% off promo code on Trip Advisor - wound up paying $127/night for accessible kings (booked by accident), which included breakfast. Hotel is centrally located in the historic district. We parked our car using valet so we wouldn't have to mess with parking in a public garage (although Visitor's Center offers 2-day... More

My hubby began our stay in Savnannah here. We were warmly welcomed by the staff here and shown to our room even though we were a bit early for check-in. We were shown to our room (petite queen) which was super quaint and well-appointed. The fixtures and paint color were up to date and the bed was SUPER comfortable with... More

This hotel was charming. In the lobby, there were interesting artifacts or paintings everywhere you looked. In the breakfast bar, the light and foliage made dining very pleasant. The complimentary afternoon wine and cheese was a pleasant surprise (not available on the weekends). The rooms had high ceilings, but remember this is an old structure. The floor was NOTICEABLY slanted.... More

The hotel is within walking distance of many historic homes, parks and fine restaurants. Our room was clean, but obviously not modern or spacious. There was adequate Heat/AC, refrigerator and free WiFi. The front desk was efficient. The breakfast area was beautiful. Public parking is just behind the hotel. They provide lemonade and cookies every afternoon and wine and cheese... More
