Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Nice indoor pool and exercise room. Loved the water cooler. Would have liked a laundry and a refrigerator. Bed were a little soft for me.

This Fairfield Inn is currently being renovated. While it is in need of this renovation, the hotel is still a decent location for a trip to Savannah or overnight rest for the traveler. This Fairfield Inn is currently under renovation and changed management, however, the hotel is not well maintained or properly cleaned. I asked front desk for a couple things throughout the stay and clerks rolled their eyes each time like they were bothered to help. Had to wait for housekeepers to get their breakfast each morning before we could get ours. Hotel is out dated, pool/patio area is dingy. Terrible customer service, would never stay again
