Excellent hotel for groups visiting the Fort Smith area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My group was a Senior bus tour of the Fort Smith area and I would recommend this hotel for any groups in the Fort Smith area.

I had a great experience with this hotel! The room was very clean and the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home! The customer service was great also! I highly recomend this place!

Mold was all over the windows. My friends jewelry was stolen. I called the Health Department and they confirmed it. My friend had to file a police report on them. Stay at this hotel if you like to get sick and have your stuff stolen!
