Stayed there on the 7th May for 3 nights, have paid my bill by cash at the end of stay, however, couple of days later, they charged my credit card for the same amount. Have contact them several times, no one bother to take action to refund my card. This is very unprofessional.

This hotel has compact rooms which are functional and comfortable. the staff is cooperative and friendly. We stayed on the top floor facing the back and it was quiet. breakfast was provided and was okay. if you need to stay in the park slope area this is a good choice.

I want to caveat this review by saying that if you can stay here for between $150-200 it is a fantastic value, but I cannot recommend this hotel if you are paying much more than $200. The hotel is clean, the staff is extremely professional, the breakfast is good, the front desk staff are very informative, and the housekeepers are thorough. The only negatives are the location and inadequate TV.
