5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 June 2013 NEW

We tent camped in Loop D for two nights. The sites are well spaced and have amazing views of the Lake and cliffs. During the first week of June, there were only about a half dozen of the sites being used. The bathrooms are well maintained (the showers are located at the camp store and cost $2 for 15 minutes).... I am surprised at all the positive reviews for this campground, I had a totally different experience. Not that anything was especially bad but at $60 per night on top of the park entry this is the most expensive RV park I have stayed at so I am comparing it on a value for money perspective. Positives: Clean, well organised... More

Need a place to park your camping trailer or RV this is the place for you. We stayed in loop C and the view of the lake and cliffs were amazing! Has full hookup for water and electricity. Page is only 15 minutes away for full amenities. The beach and marina is a stones throw away from the campgrounds. Campgrounds... More

We recently took our family camping at Wahweap Campground for two days in early May. The registration was online. I had gone to a web site that had photos of the different sites so I made a request for a specific one. I was very happy when they were able to accommodate my request. We got there late so they... We stayed here for 2 days in a camper. The sites were clean, level and nicely spaced apart. A great location for those who want views and convenience. We were surprised by the cost of showers 2.00 a person for 15 mins and even more surprised that after hours there were no convenient ways to exchange bills for quarters for... More

if you can get a spot on loop A the views over lake powell are stunning. we arrived just as the shop was closing at 5pm, and just as well because we had to get lots of change for the showers (8 quarters for 15minutes) and use of the washing machine ($1 per load) and tumble dryer (50 c). the... The campground is reasonably nice especially the bathrooms but I have complaints. The generator hours are 6am to 10pm so you could have a very noisy neighbor at very inconvenient times. We dealt with some drunk Germans that ran their generator right up until 10pm preventing our infant daughter from falling asleep. They then ran it again at 6am and... More

Arriving after dark, it's a bit hard to find the entrance and know if you've gone to the right place. Instructions are weren't at the entrance as we'd expected but at the office/store, where you had to sign your name to a spot (luckily we got a good one!). Stayed in the off-season (after Thanksgiving) and the place was pretty... More

Stayed here two separate nights and overall really liked the place. It is situated right on Lake Powell and has outstanding views. The price is also good - we paid 30$ for our RV site. The bathrooms were clean, but had no hot water (not so pleasant when it's below freezing!) The only showers are far from the actual rv... More

Thank you for the positive feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience, therefore your comments are very important to us. In response to your comments I would like to state we do have sinks available but only in our tent area loops. We have never had sinks in our RV area loops because most of... More

We stayed here in a 25ft RV and had a nice flat tarmac site. The restrooms were in very good condition. Nice views over Lake Powell were a bonus. Negative aspects were you had to pay for showers (which seemed a little off considering it was rather expensive) and the check-in place shut really early. Also the wifi didn't really... More
