stayed in Riversong Romance cabin for a week. The cabin was beautiful, clean and had great views. I would recommend Chalet Village to anyone. I have been going to Gatlinburg for years and this was the best cabin I have stayed at ever.

DISAPPOINTED-somewhat. Cabin was just OK, needs a good makeover. Baseboards very dirty (never been cleaned??), downstairs bed headboard (brass) falling apart as we speak. Jacuzzi tub upstairs did not work properly, ceiling fan was very noisy upstairs. Outside Hot Tub didn't seem to work at high speed. Carpet really needs to be replaced (or maybe just a good cleaning). This was our 3rd time staying with chalet village. They are so helpful! We had to change our dates a few days before and they did whatever they could to accommodate us. I would recommend them to anyone.

We loved the area, the cabin, the rental staff...basically everything. We stayed at the Lazy Bear cabin. Perfect for two families. We each had privacy with master bedrooms on each level. This place is spectacular! It is sexy and romantic for a couple's only weekend or great for the family! It is located conveniently to the attractions. Staff is excellent, price is great, I would highly recommended ...and most definitely would go through them again!

Recently had a wonderful condo rental in Gatlinburg thru Chalet Village. Condo was just as described, check in and out was super easy. Everything we needed was there and the price was great too! Would recommend to friends and family.
