Like all the others have said before it is a great place located just before you go into the park right on the river. A bit dated but spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, and good value with ideal location. Good beds, great shower. After a 4 hour hike in the Smokies, I enjoyed an evening soak in the hot tub. Nice breakfast arrangement- delivered to room when you call. But coffee lovers will be disappointed with hot brown water. Helpful front desk.

It takes a little extra effort to make a reservation (no online service, no emails), but it is well worth it to stay at Riverhouse at the Park in Gatlinburg. We have found our place to stay from here on when visiting the Smokies. Stayed in room 101 and found it perfect. Close to the Parkway street action and easy access to SMNP.
