Days inn Gatlinburg was a good place to stay while in town. Spent a little more than we wanted to but it was a vacation is thats ok. Breakfast was not so great which is why we went somewhere else to eat. Rooms are decent, wish we had a better view.

The hotel is close to everything and rooms are not a bad size. However..... When we checked in our room was dirty, beds unmade, dirty towels on the floor and all. I like that all rooms face the river. Not a bad walk in to downtown and if you do not want to walk the shuttle picks up right in front.

Housekeeping staff was friendly and kind. Facility was in poor condition, with scuffs on the walls, tears in the carpet and dirty lobby restrooms. Water temperature was scalding or cold.
