We love staying at the Edgewater. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room are clean, breakfast is good.

Overall a decent hotel. No restaurant but many close by. Parking for large vehicles is a challenge.

The Edgewater Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN is one of those old reliables that can be counted on to provide a comfortable night’s sleep in a location that is one block away from the noise of the Parkway but still in the center of everything. Booked our room through a 3rd party because it was 30% off and definitely glad we didn't pay full price. The prices on their website start at $70 a night and that would be over paying for what you get. Love the hotel, location good, decent parking, need better breakfast not a lot to choice from unless you want waffles every morning. Has gotten a little pricey, but do love the motel and staff.
