There is a strip club a few blocks away. The hotel restaurant is good, but very expensive. Walk over to the mall next door to eat. Bone fish restaurant is very close too. The hotel is very large and busy. There were 1600 teenagers staying there the week I stayed. Mass chaos. Kids making out in the pool and hot... More

Despite all of the bad reviews here, I took my chance and used my SPG points to book a 4-night stay here during the ACC Baseball Tournament. We entered the extremely large lobby area and proceeded to the check-in desk. Greeted by a very nice and polite staff member, we were promptly checked in, key in hand with directions to... More

I had an amazing time this weekend visiting for: my youth pastors sermon, girlfriends little sisters high school graduation, semi-vacation and fun in the sun with family and friends. The staff was incredible especially the girl that checked me in. I believe her name was Desiree. I visit Greensboro and Asheboro often but usually stay with family and friends, however... More

Stayed one night here and found myself longing to be at the newer looking Doubletree Hotel that I could see from my window. First hurdle was trying to find the darn entrance to the place. So confusing and the signs to direct to the main entrance are not very clear in directing you to the front of the hotel. On... More

This hotel is old. Starwood is not putting money into refurbishing or repairs. The 1970-1980s wallpaper is peeling back in the room. The carpet is relatively clean (torn in my closet) but this place is outdated. The closet doors could not accomodate the hangers that were in the closet so you could not shut it with items hanging......Do not expect... More

Average Sheraton quality, which is quite good. Sleeping rooms more than adequate and well-maintained. Great pools - indoor and outdoor - and lots of food option from a coffee/pastry cafe to a full service restaurant. Across the parking lot from a large shopping mall and several restaurants. We were there for an event in the hotel so it was ideal.

I was disappointed from the moment I walked into my room. This hotel is incredibly dated and needs serious renovations yesterday. Walked into my room to discover that although requesting a King I got 2 doubles. Ok, not the end of the world, but still. Bathroom is small and I had trouble with my toilet making strange sounds when it... More

bathrooms in the room itself need an updo. And I noticed that a good cleaning & freshing up of the restaurant/pool area would be a good idea. It was not an outstanding property but if management stayed there, they might find areas to improve on.

I stayed at this hotel with my son's swim team. we had booked as a group - 6 rooms for swimmers, coaches and and chaperones. Imagine our surprise when they were giving us rooms on different floors/wings. we had to fight to get our rooms to be within a few doors of each other. We had teenagers that needed to... More
