We booked 17 rooms online through the Hilton website for our soccer team. We then tried to call and confirm each room with credit cards and the service was terrible. They would put us on hold for at least a minute, they would hang up once or twice (one of our team parents said they hung up on her four... More

Older property, but conveniently located to the Khoury convention center. Still has ourdoor entry. Room is typical Hampton Inn and bed is usual adequate but not great which is what I expect. If I want a great bed I'll go to a regular Hilton, Sheraton, or Marriott. Room was as expected and clean. I was there for five days for... More

Rather amazed that this is a Hampton Inn. It's an old, outdated MOTEL. Between the uncomfortable beds, the noise, and small rooms, I just don't understand how anyone can give this motel a 4 or 5 star rating. I can only think that it must be the price. The birds started up at 3 AM. If you think "oh birds,... More

My family and I jut returned from a concert weekend in Greensboro. The town is full of hotels, and there are lots of them in close proximity to the colliseum, but hands down Hampton Inn is the place to stay. Not only is the hotel reasonably priced, and the breakfast of good quality, but the hotel is CLEAN and the... More

When I arrived I was very surprised that this was a Hampton inn, as it has exterior room doors. I hate it! Just don't feel safe. The rooms are your standard HI rooms, so no complaints there. They need more outlets.

This is a motel type setting with outdoor access to your room. It was ok since the weather was fine. Evening snacks was a welcome site as I was starving when I checked in. Wifi seemed a bit slow but overall was a good stay. I will come back.

Horrible experience with Bed Bugs at this property!!! Checked in at 12;30 a.m. on Dec 13th 2011. Room was typical Hampton Inn with a general clean appearance although the outside is dated. I am a business traveler and stay over 75 nights a year at Hilton propertys including Hampton Inn. I have NEVER had a bed bug incident ANYWHERE!!! up... More

Room was very nice, good size, clean bathroom with sink outside which is convenient. We don't mind the outside entrances, and there were no problems with noise. Easy walk to nice restaurants, so it was nice to have a drink and not worry about driving back. Pool was clean and breakfast was fine, typical Hampton food. Friendly staff.

We arrived earlier then check-in but the staff was incredibly accommodating and gave us a room right away. The room looked like it had all new furniture and was very clean - it also had a microwave and min fridge. Free wireless internet is a huge plus. Big desk, side chair, and large flat screen TV. Decent sized room with... More

Good location- near interstate, not far from downtown. Close to convention center and coliseum. Bathrooms smelled like urine. Changed room without much improvement. Breakfast was ok. Manager's night Tuesday - got free pizza, salad, beer. Pizza was so-so. We wouldn't stay there again.
