I used to stay at Little Garden Guesthouse in Kampot, Cambodia a lot in 2009/2010 and used to swear by it, but hadn't been there in a while. I thought I'd go back for old times sake and because I 'knew 'the Cambodian owners... My big, big mistake. The place has gone downhill very much since the old days in... More

Cheap, clean, comfortable, in the city center, with river views, what could you expect more in budget accommodation; We 've been very happy to stay here last december, 10 dollars for a room, newly furnished, cleaned everyday. The restaurant is not bad at all, with river views, the staff is friendly and helpful. For this range of price, it's may... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. Manager promised us that if we stayed five nights we would have to would take 2 nights in an inferior room at the back of the hotel (room 103) but then we would be moved to our first choice at the front of the hotel with a river view. Seemed like an OK guy so... More

I sort of rocked up here without a booking, as the places I was most keen on we full up (i.e. Ollys place, Rikitikitavi and Meau Culpa), but overall was happy. I think my room was $8 night (cheaper because I was solo, prob more if you are a couple. Shower was hot I think, and the room a good... More

They responded quickly by email for our reservation (through their website), and organised a tuk-tuk to pick us up from the bus stop. For $10US a night we got a room with fan, hot water, free WI-FI and cable TV. The staff were friendly, although only one of them seemed to speak a little english. He helped us with everything... This is a fantastic hotel. Basically everything you could ever want from a Cambodian hotel. It has three floors of rooms - the 1st and 2nd are where you wanna be. The location is unbeatable. Located right across the street from the river with unobstructed views of the hills, and just down the road from the main collection of bars... More

We chose this hotel for the location, price, and cleanliness. For $10 per night we had a very clean double fan room, with TV but not hot water. Nothing fancy, but it was roomy enough, the beds were super comfy, and bathroom was clean. Outside our room was a big terrace with river view and a couple of couches scattered... More

We arrived in kampot at the weekend and our 1st 2nd and 3rd choice were all full so we ended up staying at the little garden. The place is on the riverside which is nice and within easy walking distance towards the Rusty Keyhole (best place in town - pub) There is another backpackers street a few blocks away also.... More

Situated on the riverfront in Kampot. My room was spacious with double aspect windows and a private balcony. No air-con, but a good fan. Cold water shower only. Comfy bed and clean room. The guesthouse has a lovely roof top terrace with lots of tables/chairs and soft seating - a great place to relax and catch the cool river breeze.... More
