Terrible customer service , i got a room and when i opened the door , it was a horrible small , cockroaches everywhere , i when to the front desk to complain about the room smell and everyhing about that place , and he said there is NO MONEY BACK , soo pleaseee if for some reason you stop by... We were attending a wedding in Pensacola, and I thought I'd save a few pennies by not staying on the beach.
