Chinese restaurant didn't have good food and all they could offer was noodles or rice. Spa was very bad as the foot spa room had a very bad odor and toilet was dirty with no toilet paper. The masseuses were not experienced at all. However, very near city as had a lot of green spaces and very clean.

Large, Swissotel standards. Well-appointed rooms. Great breakfast restaurant. Quarter-mile all weather track adjacent. Office area of the city. Friendly, helpfull staff.

Kunshan is a little city by China standards, but it produces the world’s laptops, that’s why I was there on business and blow me down there is a Swissotel there. The reason I don't give an Excellent is because the hotel management does not succeed to STOP smokers from breaking the regulations in areas where it says "is strctly forbiden by law" which is today the case in China too wheresmoking is not allowed in public places. Stayed here for business and it was wonderful. Great value, not like the over priced UK hotels, service brilliant, very clean and overall just great. Two things stand out - the shower - really well designed - go and have a look ! and the restaurant - the best buffet I have had

The hotel is located in a very nice locality. You can walk down to many small italian restaurants. Indeed the food in the restaurant is delicious and mouth watering. I would rather go with the buffet than ordering the Alacarte. So many varieties tro taste. I will never forget the stay in this hotel.

Excellent hotel, right in downtown, very friendly staff, great service and really top notch café with plenty of western dishes to pick from – highly recommended
