there are not many midrange hotels in Ambon, this is for sure one of the best! very clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, great rooftop terrace with ok and not expensive restaurant, breakfast is served there too. wonderful sunsets from the rooftop terrace. good value rooms. walkable from the center.

There are not many good value mid-range hotels in Kota Ambon so the Hotel Grand Soya is a pleasant suprise. It is situated close to the centre of town but away from all the traffic noise.
