As overall the condition of the room are moderate,quite old fashion hotel and the most terrible thing about this hotel is the toilet in the room is very-very dirty.....however the breakfast provided is tasty.

The location is good as it is near to the Kluang Parade and Kluang mall. The so-called BCB Plaza which is next to the hotel is a disgrace. Many vacant units and old worn out interior.
