The Arlington was obviously quite the destination for Spa pampering during the age of Al Capone and others of that era. Four females tried the salon in May 2012. Three had spa pedicures for $60.00 and basically got a color change. Classic, yes, updated, no. This could be an amazing hotel if someone would spend some money and update the furniture and fixtures. Some of the repairs that have been done were done poorly and are just incomplete. Good luck.

"Historical" for the Arlington Hotel means it hasn't been updated in ancient history. Sagging bed, peeling paint, bathrooms from the 1960s and we had a family of wasps in our room.
