We like it and stay every year for a conference. Rooms are clean and comfortable, love the balcony especially on the backside with the beautiful view of the lake. I thought it was a great place. The room was nice and clean. The service was superior and the food excellent. I will stay there again if that says anything. While you're in Hot Springs I recommend visiting Harvey Clinton's place across from the Casino. Great little bar and atmosphere, very friendly.
