This place is definitely not somewhere to bed down. Filthy dirty, no door frame on front door, ad-joining door next door, drug dealer next door no charge. Room was okay, bed wasn't extremely comfortable but we managed. Only complaint is switching air conditioner from low to high made it extremely loud. Very honest, returned a valuable item that was left behind.

This Red Roof Inn is the best "Under $50.00" location in Hot Springs. Recently renovated, the rooms have new carpet, fresh paint, comfortable beds, and retouched bathrooms. Although it is clear that this is an older property, there is nothing here that is a deal breaker for me.
