GREAT VALUE! I stayed here Thanksgiving Weekend, 2011. I received a great rate and a clean, comfortable room. Front Desk Clerks Kelly and “Chrys” (sic.) are EXTREMELY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE of Hot Springs. There recommendations, directions, maps, and advice are accurate and can be trusted. My husband and I stopped here while traveling thru and it was sufficient for what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, good value for the price.

We were really surprised at the hotel considering some of the reviews...but to our surprise this hotel was very clean and in a good location. The staff was very friendly. For the price we paid we were very pleased. We plan on traveling here again and we will definately stay here again.
