Right across from race track, if you're going for the horses. Nice and quiet for off season (summer). Room may have had too much furniture, but decent space. This hotel was everything we needed. We had a quiet room in the back. Everything was good. Comfortable bed. Hot shower with good water pressure. Their breakfasts are amazing!! “Perfect location for racing fans”

Location is perfect, right across from grandstand entrance to Oaklawn Park. If you're drinking, you don't have to drive. Good breakfast, nice people, but an older facility. Last trip we stayed at Hampton, but location is much better and reasonably priced. Would stay here again without any regrets.
