A not to be missed Hotel when staying in New Orleans. Great atmosphere,elegant rooms ,and Sazerac lounge(though always crowded) a New Orleans institution a must for a drink or two. In Christmas,the lobby is decorated in beautiful lights and it feels like you are in a fairy tale! Gorgeous!

Everything was very good. The staff was excellent. But charging $15 for internet access that was slow is just annoying for the price that is charged for the rooms.

Stayed in a King Bedroom suite for a conference in March. Rooms, service, food, location...everything is outstanding! No complaints or anything lacking.
