The Roosevelt is our favorite hotel in New Orleans. In the past couple of years, we have probably stayed here over ten times. The lobby, Sazerac bar, Teddy's cafe are all beautifully decorated and provide a warm atmosphere. The past two years we have spent the Christmas holidays at the Roosevelt, it is certainly a sight to see, stunning. Each... More

A not to be missed Hotel when staying in New Orleans. Great atmosphere, elegant rooms ,and Sazerac lounge(though always crowded) a New Orleans institution a must for a drink or two. In Christmas, the lobby is decorated in beautiful lights and it feels like you are in a fairy tale! Gorgeous!

I had the good fortune to stay at the Roosevelt Hotel, which was also the host hotel for my conference. Since it was New Orleans, I of course brought my wife along.because we both love the food and ambiance of the city. I had read the articles on the Roosevelt and its restoration so I was hopeful that it would... More

Beautifully decorated but that's where it ends. Elegant hotel in a urine-soaked neighborhood thinks it's better than it's own guests. It says it has 24-hour room service but you can't even get a danish with your coffee before 6am. We have an early departure due to flight. And they charge $15/day for WIFI when at every other hotel we've been... More

Took a recent trip with my wife to New Orleans. I was also taking part in a condense that was happening at the hotel. Have to say that the location was great, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was very responsive and helpful. The only thing maybe turning me off was the cost. Was a little steep, but you... More

I think this wasmy 8th or 9th time staying at the Roosevelt since it opened. I had a run of about four stays right after they opened, and there was lots of room for improvement. They finally seem to have hit their stride in becoming the grand hotel I always hoped they would become. Check in was a little slow,... More

Stayed in a King Suite last weekend. Art deco style amazing. Service was good, but we didn't have have many requests, everything was attended to. Room was perfect, loved the extra half bath, as well as the shower in the master. ( would have liked a tub though). Pool area was wonderful! Sazerac bar was great, although there were some... More

Everything was very good. The staff was excellent. But charging $15 for internet access that was slow is just annoying for the price that is charged for the rooms.

Basically across the street from Bourbon Street yet quiet at night. John Besh (Celebrity Chef - beat Mario Batelli in Iron Chef, almost won against Symon in the Next Iron Chef) has Demonica? there. We at pizza at happy hour - holy cow was it good. Highly recommend. Everything else at this hotel is what you would expect from a... More

Stayed in a King Bedroom suite for a conference in March. Rooms, service, food, location...everything is outstanding! No complaints or anything lacking.
