Loved this place. The staff was very attentive, and happy to accomodate our requests. If you are looking for a traditional hotel, this isn't for you. If you want a true New Orleans experience, this is definitely the place. You can find a Westin or Marriott anywhere, but this is unique. Will definitely stay here again.
