Had none of the negative issues expressed here by others. Room was clean and functional. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Not much of a view but extremely convenient to French Qtr and public transportation (to/from casino, Garden District, etc.) Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Location ideal for the action on the French Quarter. Busy area, but always felt safe. Hotel should be closed. Management was rude. Changed rooms 3 times due to horrible chemical smells, unkept rooms. No Hot water in my 3rd and final attempt of hauling my luggage down to the lobby and standing in lines. Total disappointment and have shared pics and comments on Facebook. Do all guests shave via coffee pot for hot water??

We had a king room with a love seat sitting area. The room was large and very comfortable. Security was great and had gated parking. ALL staff members had smiles and were eager to help!

We stayed there last year also.The hotel was much improved.It was updated a little.The location is perfect.The staff is helpful.There is a coffeemaker in the room.Its in walking distance to the casino.Bourbon street is a block away.The trolley is a block away on canal street.bathrooms are a little small.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. There were 4 families with a total of 15 of us. The hotel was clean and very convenient to the French Quarter. They let us park our car for free for a week. We are definitely staying here again.
