Great location, good value. Staff was friendly, Great location.Room was comfortable, clean, quiet. Car parking staff was excellent. Friendly quick service. The room was quiet, cool, and clean. It had all the amenities, in a compact size room. Convenient to the French Quarter, and Canal Place Shopping, and Aquarium. And Harrah's Casino. Really enjoyed our destination wedding in New Orleans.

The Doubletree is a well located and well cared for hotel in the heart of New Orleans. The room we had was clean, well appointed and a great value for the money. Staff were courteous and helpful as well. I would definitely stay there again when in New Orleans

Nice hotel, but the walls are paper thin. You hear everyone on the floor coming and going at all hours! We stayed on the elevator hall about 5 doors down. Around one of the corners may have been quieter. Also, no hair dryer. Not a big deal, but we are used to seeing one provided.

We stayed here for four days toward the end of Jazz Fest. I think this hotel has some positives that are being downplayed a little bit. There's free wi-fi in the lobby associated with their coffee shop, PJ's, which is very good.
