Booked 2 rooms 2 months in advance and was denied the 2 beds in each room we requested. The manager on duty did not care, was very rude, and did nothing to make up for their mistake. I expected more from a high end hotel. Will not return.

While the Ritz-Carlton brand is synonymous with stellar service and lovely properties, its New Orleans property falls short on the first criterion.
