If you are into cookie cutter hotels, this is not the place for you. However, history buffs will love this place. It is like stepping back in time. All wood and interior old brick surfaces but yet has everything you need. Has a full kitchen and an excellenct location. Almost across the street from the Casino. You can park for... More

We were somewhat worried about checking in after the (mostly all) bad reviews we read about this place. Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly and check in took only minutes. We were in room 604B and I must say we were surprised when we opened the door. The room looked new-new furniture, carpet & kitchen area, bathroom, etc.! It... More

I've had a time share for over 20 years at this hotel. My daughters checked in on Sat. Water was coming out of the bathroom ceiling. They were told it couldn't be fixed until Monday. They were offered 2 other rooms, the first, the main door could be opened by shaking the door, the 2nd, when they pulled back the... More

The only shining light of our stay here was the staff. I think they felt sorry for us because the hotel is so filthy & in disrepair.

We were in the Pandora Room (4th Floor) and found the room dirty and in much need of repairs. Our sheets had holes and stains and new ones were not much better. We woke up and found we had no water on Monday (citys fault) then on Thursday No water AGAIN & only 2 out of the 4 of us... More

The best thing I can say about this hotel is the location is good and the staff is friendly. The accommodations are a bit disappointing especially for a "resort". We traded our Williamsburg timeshare for this New Orleans hotel. Interval should be ashamed of themselves to include this run down property in their portfolio of resorts. The hotel is old... More

After reading the reviews for this place I was a little worried before coming here. Although not the newest place in town, the place had character. This wasn't one of the huge hotel chains with tiny rooms and paper thin walls which was so nice. We stayed in room 106 ( right by the courtyard) and loved the place. It... More

Just got back from New Orleans, we stayed a week and I thought I would write a review. I always read the reviews before I stay anywhere. This is a older hotel, The only thing that really needs to be done with these rooms is a fresh coat of paint and the bathrooms updated. Next time I go back to... More

We traded our Las Vegas time share for this, our first experience with Interval International. I feel sorry for anyone who suffers with this windowless room. The rates say $190 a night, someone is dreaming in technicolor! We were lucky & the friendly staff moved us after 2 nights to a room with windows & space. The literature for this... More
